5. Donations
Donations are accepted in cryptocurrency only and processed voluntarily by users. We retain records of donations (wallet addresses and transaction amounts) solely to verify and assign Donator status. All donations are final and non-refundable. We do not collect or store any payment card or bank account information. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and pseudonymous by nature — please review your transaction carefully before sending.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain technical logs and user data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate our services and enforce our rules. ponzo.party is provided as-is with no warranties. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or stored on our servers. Unauthorized access, data loss, or other incidents arising from your use of our services are covered under the limitations of liability in our Terms of Service.
