By connecting to or using any ponzo.party service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

About Us

ponzo.party is a server network hosting game servers across multiple titles. We currently operate a Minecraft server (ponzo.party:25565), a Garry's Mod Sandbox server (ponzo.party:27015), a Garry's Mod (Super) server (103.170.155.163:27015), and a Discord community (discord.gg/mGdWFnjJJy).

We believe in free speech at ponzo.party. You are free to express your beliefs and be yourself as long as you do not break any of the rules below.

Core Rules

1. You will not request, post, or link to content that is illegal in the United States. Discussion of illegal content, pedophilia or any other deranged sexual content in a joking or non-joking manner will result in a ban.
2. You will not post files containing embedded content. Posts that are obfuscated in a way that is hard for moderators to examine may be removed.
3. Moderators are free to ban or mute you for any reason not listed.

Minecraft Server Rules

1. Follow the Core Rules.
2. Hacked clients are allowed.
3. Getting into fights with people and having wars is allowed and encouraged. With that being said, in order to maintain a fun experience for everyone, we ask that you don't run around and kill everyone for no reason.

Garry's Mod Server Rules

1. Follow the Core Rules.
2. Crashing, lagging, or making the server unplayable for others will result in probation.

Garry's Mod (Super) Server Rules

1. Do not cheat on this server.
2. Do not use exploits or bugs that disrupt gameplay or server operations.
3. Do not intentionally render the server unplayable, including blocking spawns, obstructing large areas of the map, or attempting to crash the server.
4. Any illegal behavior will result in an immediate ban. Follow all applicable laws while playing on this server.
5. Use of this server requires compliance with Facepunch's Terms of Service and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
6. These are the minimum requirements. Rules may be updated or expanded at any time.

Donations

ponzo.party operates primarily on voluntary user donations. Donations are not mandatory and confer no gameplay advantages over other users. Upon donating, you will receive the Donator role on our Discord and a [Donator] badge across our servers.

Donations are accepted in cryptocurrency only. All donations are final and non-refundable. No goods or services beyond the above cosmetic recognition are offered in exchange. By donating you confirm you are the authorized owner of the cryptocurrency wallet used.

User-Posted Content

ponzo.party allows users to share media and other content across its services. We do not review content before it is posted and we are not obligated to. Content posted by users is their sole responsibility and does not represent the views of ponzo.party or its operators. By using our services you acknowledge that you may encounter content you find offensive or objectionable. Rule-breaking content should be reported to a moderator.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

No Warranties

ponzo.party is provided as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, features or the conduct of other users.

Limitation of Liability

ponzo.party and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services including offensive content, service outages, unauthorized access or the actions of other users. Should liability be established, the total amount recoverable shall not exceed $100 USD.

Your Responsibility

Any legal or financial consequences arising from your conduct on ponzo.party are your responsibility alone.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using our services.

These terms survive termination of your use of our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Florida courts.
